Boron solution 44,500 ppm. Increases boron in recirculating seawater systems. 1 mL Isol8 B per 26.4 gallons (100 L) increases boron by 0.445 ppm. 5 mL Isol8 B per 20.0 gallons (75.7 L) increases boron by 2.94 ppm. 44,500 ppm boron, derived from borate salts of potassium and/or sodium (hydrated source, USP).

Characteristics:
Regular application intensifies red pigmentation and improves pH stability.

Active Components: Potassium tetraborate, hydrated, USP.

Basic Application:

• 1 mL per 26.4 gallons (100 L) increases [B] by 1.00 ppm.
• 5 mL per 20.0 gallons (75.7 L) increases [B] by 6.61 ppm.
  

Reference Standard [B]:

• 4.45 ppm (S=35.0)​
• 5.15 ppm (S=40.0)
  

In established systems, increase [B] up to 5% of existing ionic value daily, until desired value or reference standard is reached.
